Established in the year 1980, United Chemical Company is a major manufacturer and exporter of Textile Chemicals, Leather Chemicals and Water treatment Chemicals in India. Our manufacturing facilities are located at Kolkata on the eastern part of India which has international air and sea ports and is well connected by road with the rest of the Country.

The products are manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory using most modern technology and conform to international standards. They have found wide acceptance throughout India and a few other Countries. Since we live in a highly competitive world, our sole objective is to offer value for money to our esteemed customers all the time. A highly evolved R&D team works round the clock towards this end 

Today, UNITED CHEMICAL COMPANY is a multi-faceted organisation, employing more than 100 people and manufacturing more than 100 world class products for the Textile, Leather, Paper, Dyes, Animal Feed, Water treatment, Rubber and Allied Industries. We have the facilities and the expertise to customise chemicals to individual requirements.

An assortment of Glass Lined, Stainless Steel and Lead Bonded Reaction Vessels of capacities ranging from 5 Kgs to 1000 Kgs give the plant a manufacturing capacity of about 16,000 M.T. per annum.

The chemical processes carried out include Polymerisation, Esterification, Sulphonation, Distillation, Amide Preparation and Formulation. We are a constantly evolving Company and take great pride in constantly improving ourselves and our product line. We work closely with our customers and are very focused on new product development. In fact several of our current best selling products have been a result of interaction between the end users and us.

In short we like to be known as SOLUTION PROVIDERS rather than mere manufacturers. You may think of us as your own captive factory, churning out solutions when you need them.

Management
The Company has four broad divisions viz. Textile Chemicals, Leather Chemicals, Water Treatment Chemicals and Speciality Chemicals. All four divisions are separate profit centres and have independent management structures. All divisions are headed by senior technocrats with years of experience in related areas. Absolute transparency is practised in all management activities.
